The Elevation Session is a single private 1:1 session with me.
You bring what you've been carrying, and you leave knowing what's actually going on underneath it.
Not all the time, but often enough that it's started to worry you.
You've become someone who checks before making plans. Not because they'd say no, but because of what it costs when they do. Someone who decides things quietly rather than raising them. Someone who gives the lighter answer when they ask how
you are, and watches them take it, and finds that worse than if they'd pushed.
You've had the conversation in the shower. Several times. Both parts of it and then not had it.
Afterwards you go back over what was actually said, checking whether your read on it was even real. Whether it's all in your head and you've started preferring your own company with it, because being alone with it is easier than trying to hash it out again and getting nowhere. Which works, until you resent it.
The hardest part isn't the distance. It's that you can feel yourself getting smaller inside it, and you can't work out whether that's them or you.
That's not a failing of love. It's what happens when you've spent years being who everyone needed you to be, and there's no longer a foundation stable enough to hold all the parts of you.
Ninety minutes, one-to-one, entirely private.
This is Phase One of my private mentorship, offered on its own.
It's the session where I look at how your life is built: the shape of your days, the relationships inside them, what you default to under pressure, and where the strain actually sits rather than where you think it does.
It is not an introductory call and it is not a consultation. It's the work.
You'll be challenged, and you'll leave with something you can act on.
BEFORE
I send you a short set of questions ahead of the session. Answer them honestly
and we go deep from the first minute instead of spending half the time on
background.
THE SESSION
Ninety minutes with me. We look at your life architecture, the relational
patterns running through it, the identity you fall back on when things get hard,
and where the system is straining. I'll ask you things nobody has asked you.
I'll also tell you what I see, plainly.
AFTER
You get one page from me. What I saw, the pattern underneath it, and the next
move. One page, because the point isn't volume. The point is that you can't
unsee it.
1. Where your life actually goes. Your time, your energy, your attention, against what you say matters most. The gap between those two is usually the whole story.
2. What you've stopped saying. The things you work around instead of naming, the answers you give that are lighter than the truth, the topic you avoid because the last attempt went nowhere.
3. Who takes over when it gets hard. Everyone has someone they become under pressure. Most people have never met theirs on purpose. Yours is running a lot of your life.
4. What you've been holding alone. The thing that hasn't been said out loud, usually not even to yourself.
People come in talking about the relationship. Almost everyone does and somewhere in the middle of it, it becomes clear that the thing setting the terms isn't the relationship at all.
It's the one underneath it, the one you have with yourself, and how long you've been running it on empty.
That isn't a swerve away from what you came for. It's the only place the change actually holds.
Fix the foundation and the rest reorganises around it, without you having to manage it.
If what you're after is couples work, or a strategy for changing your partner, this is so much more.
Ninety minutes of private one-to-one time with me, the pre-session work, and your written takeaway.
It's designed to provide insight and a deliberate look at the whole picture.
The Elevation Audit becomes your first phase.
We don't repeat it, we don't do a fresh introduction, and you don't spend the first session getting me up to speed. You walk straight into the second phase and the real work starts immediately.
You're the one everyone leans on, and you've stopped being able to say what you need.
You've got a pattern you can name the shape of but not the cause.
You're exhausted in a way that has nothing to do with your workload.
Something in you goes straight to maybe I'm not good enough, before you've even finished the thought.
You want the truth more than you want to be comfortable.
You're considering the mentorship and want to sit with me before committing to fourteen weeks.
DON'T BOOK THIS IF
You want ongoing support. This is one session. The mentorship is where the ongoing work lives.
You want a strategy for changing someone else.
You want to be told you're fine.

The people who look the most put-together are often the ones quietly holding the most.
For over twenty years I've worked with elite athletes, business owners and high performers to rebuild the relationship that shapes every other one: the one they
have with themselves. Because when that grows stronger, everything built on it thrives. The people you love, your work, your health and your happiness.

I didn't learn this from a textbook. I burned out three times because I kept performing and kept ignoring what my body and my heart were telling me. My health forced me to rebuild the relationship I'd neglected most. That's the exact work I now do with the people I sit with.

“These coaching sessions combined deep emotional insight with clear, practical steps. I walked away feeling understood, resourced, and braver about being seen and stepping into the next version of myself. Thanks so much, Nikki! ”

"Nikki absolutely changed my life and direction of my business and really truely helped in doing what I am doing. The session helped me to identify what what holding me back. Without Nikki I would have never come to realise the community I created was the home I wanted growing up and now have."

Nikki helped me to feel seen, safe and confident to use her services. I've now see changes daily personally and professionally on how I show up for myself. Even on the hard days I now have the tools to support me rather than doing it by myself."
For this, yes. The Audit isn't designed to change everything. It's designed to show you the thing you've been circling, accurately, so you stop spending energy on the wrong problem.
No. It's a paid session and it's the work. If the mentorship is the right next step I'll say so, and if it isn't I'll say that too.
Most people who book aren't. They're stuck, and they're tired of running the same conversation in their head.
They don't need to. You change how you show up and the relationship has to reorganise around it. This is your session, not theirs.
Yes, completely
Online, or in person if you're near Byron Bay. Say which when you book.
You've spent longer than that lying awake running the same loop.
This is the same time, spent getting an actual answer.
Making no decision is still a decision.
